The Essential Health Clinic (EHC) is the only facility offering free urgent health care to uninsured individuals and families in Washington County. We accept walk-in patients three times a week at two locations and provide medical services free of charge to appropriate clients. Volunteer time and donations of money, lab services and pharmaceuticals keep the clinic in operation.
The clinic's main focus is to identify and treat urgent medical problems such as asthma, respiratory infections, urinary tract infections and minor injuries before they become serious or chronic illnesses.
The Hillsboro Clinic, located at 266 West Main St. in Hillsboro is open Monday and Thursday evenings, and the Tigard Clinic, located at 15296 SW Royalty Parkway, is open Wednesday evenings.
